Order Cancellation:
- Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement if not yet processed or shipped.
- Customized or engraved items cannot be cancelled once production has started.
Refunds:
- Refunds are issued only for cancelled or returned items that meet our policy criteria.
- Once approved, refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.
Returns:
- Returns are accepted only for defective or damaged items.
- Products must be unused and returned in their original packaging within 7 days of delivery.
